The Federal Purchasing Alliance was founded in 2007 on the basis of the Russian Union of Independent Chains and spearheaded by the owners of the largest regional retail chains.
Today, FPA is the only alliance in Russia that consists of 63 regional chains across 8 federal districts with a total yearly sales turnover of RUR 268 bln.
Scope of activity of the Federal Purchasing Alliance:
House Brands – 4 house brands across three price segments: Soyuznaya Marka, UNIMARKA, Europe Choice and Timely
Exchange Goods – only the best offers from leading manufacturers and vendors of goods: cheese, sunflower oil, flour, cereals, caviar and fish.
Fruit & Vegetables – we work directly with product suppliers from Turkey, Egypt, Morocco, Israel and Serbia.
Alcoholic Beverages – we have direct contracts with the world’s leading alcoholic beverage manufacturers, and we can offer Exclusive Brands (EB) as well.
Federal Contracts – only the best offers of federal contracts in Food & Non-Food categories.
The Federal Purchasing Alliance operates its own licensed alcoholic warehouse as well as a distribution center in order to support the stable activity of its operations.
In an effort to meet the demands of modern retail trends, the Federal Purchasing Alliance is developing its foreign economic activities in order to expand its product line and improve commercial terms for its customers.
The Federal Purchasing Alliance is a modern company striving to comply with the highest customer service quality standards. We are extensively connecting vendors and regional chains to an EDI (electronic document interchange) system.
The Federal Purchasing Alliance is a long-term member and media sponsor of a number of inter-industry trade fairs and conferences where it introduces its new projects and achievements in retail trade to the community.
The Federal Purchasing Alliance covers over 50 constituent territories of the Russian Federation, from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok. Our development program aims to expand our geographical footprint within both the Russian Federation and the CIS.
